Hi there. I'm Teri. I have the BRCA1 mutation. I am at the point in my journey where I am waiting for my surgeries. My hysterectomy & oopherectomy is scheduled for October 9th, and my DIEP PBM is scheduled for January 12th. I am a married mom to 2 sons, one is 17 (Steven), and the other just turned 1 (Brady) at the end of August. I've known about my mutation since February of this year, and have been blogging about it since about March. I even started writing a memoir a few months ago. I have high hopes for it. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello.
p.s. what's with the math required? I'm glad it's just simple addition!

We are back on track now. We are all here for you….any questions you may have–you can ask in the forums or if it's personal- you can always email me privately. We then send a private email out to the group & i will either anonymously send you their messages or post them anonymously unless they want to post themselves. (holy–what a sentence!)
