Slow Cooker Moo Shoo Anything: 1/2 c hoisin sauce 3 minced cloves of garlic 2 TBSN dark asian sesame oil 2 TBSN soy sauce 1 TBSN cornstarch 16 oz bag of coleslaw mix 10 oz shredded carrots or bag of broccoli slaw 1 can stir fry chinese vegetables 6″ flour tortillas scallion strips choice of:chicken, shrimp, pork, beef
Stir together hoisin, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce & cornstarch. set aside. Place coleslaw mix & carrots or broccoli slaw in crock pot. Cut meat into 1/8″ slices & then in 1/2 lengthwise; sprinkle on top of cabbage mix. Add can of chinese veggies. Drizzle with 1/4 c of hoisin sauce mixture. Cover & cook on high for 4 hrs, or low for 6 hrs.Remove cover; stir in remaining 1/2 c hoisin sauce mixture. Fix tortillas & sprinkle scallions on top!
