I love this recipe & make it atleast twice a week. ENJOY!
Tandoori Marinade: 6oz Plain Yogurt (I like Stonyfield Greek Honey Vanilla) 1 lemon 1 TBSN garlic (fresh) 2 tsp garam marsala 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp ginger (fresh) 3/4 tsp salt
3.5 lb whole chicken or chicken pieces. Marinate overnight
in ziploc bag.
Cut up 2 onions & line bottom of pan. Place chicken on top.
Cook in preheated 400 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
