Chicken cutlets Vidalia onions Light salad dressing (I usually use Italian) Bread crumbs (flavored or plain)
Lightly spray baking pan. Cover pan with a layer of onion strips.
Dip chicken cutlets into dressing, then coat with bread crumbs. Lay on top of onions.
Cover chicken cutlets with another layer of onions. Lightly drizzle oil on top.
Bake uncovered at 350 until golden.

I AGAIN made your chicken cutlet recipe which I absolutely LOVE. I squeezed some fresh lemon on top & added a tad of wine to the bottom of the pan. I didn't have breadcrumbs, so I substituted some food processed tater chips from the health food store. It was LUSCIOUS.
