The experimental stem cell breast-growing technique – called Neopec – could replace breast reconstructions and implants within years. Fat cells are implanted into a synthetic breast shaped chamber. The cells will then mulitply & cause tissue production within 4-6 months the new breast will be reshaped & the chamber will dissolve.
