I was asked to post this from one of our lurkers! It's an article from a website called: cancerdecisions.com

according to this article & study all you have to do is take a daily 100 grams or less dose of mushrooms daily to prevent breast cancers.
Mushrooms are effective aromatase inhibitors & women who have estrogen receptive positive breast cancers take drugs to inhibit aromatose production in their bodies. Imagine, if all they had to do was eat mushrooms.
